Long term client The Arts Club extended their offering to include 5-star hotel suites. Overthrow Digital were asked to design, build and integrate a dedicated hotel booking system into the club's website. The solution had to digitise their membership and reservations teams' operations, connect with third party booking sites and extend the brand into this new offering.

The Solution
A fully responsive website was designed and integrated with the Micros Fidelio online hotel reservation system selected by the Club to handle their guest bookings. The existing Club’s membership database was integrated in a highly secure system, allowing members to make reservations at the click of a button. New connectors were developed to ensure seamless integration between the club membership CRM, Micros Fidelio and third-party booking engines.
