Regent Street Privilege Club


New West End Company (NWEC) required a brochure website to house all information on its Privilege Card; a benefit all retail and office employees working in the Regent Street vicinity are able to use to claim discounts in shops and restaurants and get exclusive invitations to events. Thin Martian was commissioned by NWEC’s marketing team to create a visually modern and easy to navigate website for all cardholders.


As part of NWEC’s remit to deliver value to members and drive engagement up and down the West End, this scheme had a clear measurable goals around registration, engagement and conversion that formed the back bone of our solution. An initial full-day discovery session immersed the Thin Martian team in the Privilege Card business structure, its audience and the key aims of the product. This exercise informed the website structure and helped the NWEC’s marketing team refine their offering to appeal to cardholders and non-cardholders. Thin Martian designed and built a visually stunning, intuitive site for Regent Street’s Privilege Card. Built in WordPress, the site’s structure is designed to ensure cardholders find what they are after in two clicks or less. The team also designed an eMarketing CRM communications strategy and delivered a simple to use newsletter system to drive engagement with the local working community.


The Regent Street Privilege Card website was brilliantly received by the NWEC’s board and cardholders alike. Since its launch, the site has received more than 5,000 visits and proven to be the chosen source of information for all things to do with offers and events available for members. Due to the site’s success, the NWEC is now looking to enable visitors to purchase the card via the site, reducing the admin and process time for applications.
